Gris, pluie et vent fort, nous restons ici. Nous travaillons un peu après
le petit-déjeuner et partons en balade en vélo. Nous longeons toute la baie, laissons
les vélos et allons monter voir une grotte. Laila et Thorsten ont fait ce tour
et Laila m’a dit que le chemin était « strabasiøs », dur, difficile
(j’aime bien ce mot en norvégien), c’est vrai et en plus il a plu et ça glisse.
On arrive à la grotte qui est haute et profonde mais n’allons pas dedans. Descente
en faisant bien attention et, sur une petite colline exposée, le vent est si
fort que j’ai du mal à me tenir debout. C’est une longue promenade en tout et
Laila et Thorsten ont fait tout à pied. Retour à Maja, lunch, café et blog puis
nous repartons sur la route principale qui longe la côte vers le sud. Ici aussi
c’est cultivé surtout de l’herbe pour les vaches. Nous roulons bien et faisons
6 km sans nous en rendre compte donc 12 km en tout. Nous soutenons l’économie
locale en faisant quelques courses à la boutique, j’y achète même des lunettes,
j’ai perdu les miennes à Tromsø. Diner de tacos et étude de la météo : le
vent va se calmer ce soir, demain va être assez calme mais les jours suivants
seront très ventés. Donc nous partons tôt demain, allons faire un grand bout et nous mettre à l’abri dans un port demain
soir, après on verra.

Grey, rain and strong wind, we stay here. We work a
little after breakfast and go for a bike ride. We go along the entire bay,
leave the bikes and go up to see a cave. Laila and Thorsten did this tour and
Laila told me the path was "strabasiøs", hard, difficult (I like that
word in Norwegian), it's true and besides it rained and it's slippery. We
arrive at the cave which is high and deep but don’t go into it. Careful descent
and on a small exposed hill the wind is so strong that I have difficulty standing.
It’s a long walk altogether and Laila and Thorsten did it all on foot. Return
to Maja, lunch, coffee and blog then we set off again on the main road which
runs along the coast towards the south. Here too it is cultivated, mainly grass
for the cows. We drive well and do 6 km without realizing it, so 12 km in all.
We support the local economy by doing some shopping in the store, I even buy
glasses there, I lost mine in Tromsø. Taco dinner and study of the weather
forecast: the wind will calm down this evening, tomorrow will be fairly calm
but the following days will be very windy. So we're leaving early tomorrow, to
do a long leg and take shelter in a port tomorrow night, then we'll see.
